What to contact us about
- Report a calculation issue. A result that looks wrong, a formula that needs a correction, or an edge case that isn't handled correctly.
- Suggest a calculator. A cost, decision, or ROI model you'd like to see added.
- Report an accessibility or technical problem. Broken layout, keyboard navigation issues, or anything that doesn't work on your device or browser.
- Ask about a content correction. A formula explanation, definition, or worked example that needs fixing.
- Business or editorial inquiries. Anything else related to the site's content or calculators.
Reporting a calculation issue
Calculation reports are much faster to fix when they include: the calculator URL, the exact inputs you entered, the result you expected, and the result you actually saw. Screenshots help but are not required.
Response time
We aim to review messages as soon as practical. This is not a contractual service-level commitment, and response times can vary.
